Reorganize the Warehouse and Create an Inventory Management System:
To understand how and when rentals were being rented, replaced, damaged or in need of repair, we determined the need to create an inventory management system. However, before creating the system, it would require us to re-organize the warehouse and create specific zones for items in order to facilitate an inventory count.
We determined the website needed to be optimized and streamlined to promote more user activity in online ordering. We also found that we needed to integrate a delivery tracking system, date selection and order details mechanism to keep all operations for the company on one platform (Shopify).
