During this phase, our research and development team perform discovery and competitive analysis based on similar companies in your industry. We confirm industry best practices and standards to ensure our planning process propels you for success. This phase is required for all levels. Our Built from Scratch™️ Client Onboarding is required to be completed during this phase.

Based on your contract term selection, our Consultant(s) will create a 6-month or 12-month ScaleSmart guide/plan custom tailored to your business' growth. This plan will be the guiding blueprint we will use, that will provide a month-to-month breakdown of how we will incorporate the policies, procedures, systems, automation and team members needed to scale your organization.

After planning, the Policy Writing phase is one of the most important phases of our framework. During this phase, our team will write all SOPs, policies and procedures (Employee Handbook for Level 3) that will become the foundation for your business' growth and scale. All documents will be cloud-based and accessible by the Client upon completion.

At this phase, we begin incorporating platforms, create workflows and automations to build custom systems for your business with the ability to scale as your business scales. Each system created is unique to the specific business of the Client. We rely on technology to help streamline the processes and procedures we create.

Once we create the system(s) that will used in the daily operations of your business, we begin to implement the system(s) into business functions. We ensure that both your internal and external systems complement one another to create a harmonious engine of productivity, performance, efficiency and effectiveness for your business.

After we've created and implemented your system(s), we then train you and your team on how to engage with the system(s). Depending on the complexity of the system(s) created, we will create screen-recorded modules and training videos to assist with virtual and in-person trainings. On-site trainings available for local Level 3 clients.

During this phase, we work to revamp your external assets which might include your website, landing pages, brand documentation or other assets. Where possible, we will integrate various parts of your system(s) with your assets.

Once we revamp your assets, our design team will provide continued management of your assets, including website maintenance, social media management, ad management, marketing campaigns, brand activations and assistance in launches.

Finally, in Phase 9, we will spend the rest of our time helping you to recruit, train and engage new and current team members. We will first focus on your core team and then expand to ancillary positions needed to prepare for the scale in your business.
